The Atom display is powered from a 24V feed in the lift car. Lift data is provided via Dewhurst’s 4-wire lift info system.
Does it integrate with the lift control system?
Yes – Atom Screen integrates via encoder board. ECN content shares part of the ATOM screen.
How is content updated/managed remotely?
Premium: auto-updates every 15 mins; Premium +: self-managed portal.
Can it be retrofitted into existing lifts?

Are lift companies able to 'on sell' the ECN subscription?
We recommend lift companies sell hardware/installation; building managers to contract ECN directly. Open to discussion.

Can the display be dimmed or timed off at night?
